A single-family project of semi-detached homes in Thornton, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. The builder was Tridel Inc.. Over 200 units were pre-sold from an off-site sales center.

Mountainview

A single-family project of small homes pre-sold in the Northwest protion of Las Vegas. The builder was Metropolitan Homes. 150 homes were pre-sold from a storefront in a shopping center, 2 miles from the site.

Villages of Seaport

This was a multi-family project of stacked townhouses. Over 200 homes were pre-marketed in Cape Canaveral from an on-site presentation center. The builder was On-Site Developments Inc..

Club One™

A multi-family community of 270 stacked townhouses in the soutwest quadrant of Las Vegas. The builder was Monogram Inc. 175 of the units were pre-sold using a televeision campaign of 90-second and 2 minute mini-infomercials.

Rainbow Village™

A multi-family project of 638 high-rise apartments in Scarborough, a suburb of Toronto, Ontario. The builder was Hanson Development Group. The project pre-sold 600 homes in 11 weeks.

Number One York Quay

A multi-family high-rise apartment project in downtown Toronto with 812 units. The developer and builder was Graywood Development Corp. The project was totally pre-sold at 10% more than projected revenue from a presentation center overlooking the site.

Pacific Towers

A high-rise rental project of 149 apartments located in downtown Vancouver. The developer was Pacific-Canadian Investments Corp.. All 149 units were pre-rented prior to first occupancy generating an additional 3 months of cash flow.

St. Lawrence On The Park

A multi-family condominium project of 249 high-rise units in downtown Toronto. The developer was Victoria and Lawrence Investments Limited.. All unites were pre-sold from an off-site storefront presentation center on a nearby main street.

Yorktown On The Park

A multi-family project of 343 high-rise apartments in downtown Toronto. The developer was Victoria and Lawrence Investments Limited. All units were pre-sold from an off-site presentation center that had also been used for the St. Lawrence on the Park project.

Harbour Point

A multi-family condominium project totaling 575 high-rise units in three towers. The developer was Huang & Danksy Ltd.. All units were pre-sold from a presentation center in a government-sponsored entertainment mall.

Deerhurst Resorts

A multi-family vacation project consisting of 150 luxury townhome units located 2-1/2 hours north of Toronto, near Algonquin Park. 150 units were pre-sold from a downtown Toronto presentation center. The developer was Deerhurst Resorts Limited.

L'Angevin

A multi-family high-rise condominium project of 75 apartment units located in Ville D'anjou, a suburb of Montreal. The units were pre-sold from a presentation program conducted in the centre court of a large adjacent shopping center. The developer was Placements Solimco Inc. of Montreal.

Weston Village

A 47 unit condominium townhouse project in Toronto by Rosemount Construction. All units were pre-sold with a program conducted once a week in the local library.
